Thank you for shopping at Ashford Lamps (ashfordlamps.com). This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.
Made-to-Order Products
All of our lamps are handcrafted to order. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your lamp arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement. To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To submit a claim, email us at ehdmarket@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos showing the damage or defect. We will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
If your claim is approved, we will offer you either a full replacement or a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.
Return Shipping
If we request the item to be returned, we will cover all return shipping costs. You will receive a prepaid shipping label by email.
Non-Defective Variations
Each lamp is handmade and unique. Minor variations in colour, resin clarity, texture, or small air bubbles are inherent to the crafting process and are not considered defects. These characteristics are what make each piece one of a kind.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it has entered production, please contact us as soon as possible at ehdmarket@gmail.com. Once crafting has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
