All descriptions of products and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the site. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase through our secure checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders.
5. Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or fraud. If your order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.
6. Shipping and Delivery
All lamps are made to order. Please allow 8 to 15 days for crafting, followed by 3 to 6 days for delivery. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Ashford Lamps is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your product arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery by contacting us at ehdmarket@gmail.com.
