Shipping policy

Processing Time
All lamps are made to order. Please allow 8 to 15 business days for your piece to be crafted before it is shipped. During periods of high demand, processing times may extend to 20 to 30 business days or more. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
United States: 3 to 6 business days United Kingdom: 3 to 6 business days Europe: 5 to 10 business days Rest of World: 7 to 15 business days
These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and local postal services. During peak periods such as holidays or product launches, total delivery time from order to doorstep may exceed 4 to 6 weeks.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. Ashford Lamps has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch. If you have not received tracking information within 30 business days of placing your order, please contact us at ehdmarket@gmail.com.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at ehdmarket@gmail.com. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue. If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at your choice.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Ashford Lamps is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order.
